Squat Rack J-Hook Design and Optimization

Developed squat rack J-hooks to determine the necessary materials, model, and manufacturing method best to develop alternative options to metal J-hooks. Performed an extensive FEA analysis on 3 separately designed 3D printed J-hooks to determine the optimal part for its strength. Then we analyzed the best material and manufacturing method to use in terms of accessibility, cost, and material usage.
